2. Crown’s exclusive Shear Pin Protection System shields the gearbox and engine from potential damage if an engaged mixer is impeded by a foreign object.

3. A two-piece safety grill is stronger, safer, easier to use than a one-piece grill, and will not damage the drum.

4. All our mortar mixers come standard with ductile iron paddles, stronger than welded paddles. They are locked in by keys to a solid steel paddle shaft.

5. Crown utilizes heavy-duty steel gauge for longer drum life.

6. The dump and clutch levers are at the front of the mixer for safe and efficient use; and the self-latching drum lock is knee operated, freeing both hands for optimal dumping control.

7. Oversized cast iron bearing housings with a drain hole that prevents mixing material from reaching the bearings. Crown also offers life time warranty on drum’s bearings and seals.

8. Standard raised frame construction allows for convenient dumping to a wheel-barrow. Crown’s frame means improved durability and stronger support where you need it.

9. All towable models come standard with high-speed taper roller bearings and heavy-duty axles for years of trouble free towing. Optional rubber torsion axle for the smoothest towing. A 2” ball or pintle tow hitch comes included in all our towable mixers, as long as the towing safety chain.

10. Sturdy vented engine housing comes standard with a swing-away hood, providing easy engine access. Crown’s fixed engine mount design eliminates engine movement and bounce during transit, resulting in less wear and longer engine life.
