PULSE-BAC PB-1050 HEPA VACUUM
PULSE-BAC PB-1050 HEPA VACUUM
Pulse-Bac model PB-1050 is a HEPA vacuum with a filter fractional efficiency rating of 98.0% @ .3 micron at a CFM flow rate up to 170. The 1050 model comes standard with Pulse-Bac® Technology, our Cyclonic Debris Management system, a 20 gal. powder coated steel tank, HEPA H-13 filters, and a 5 caster steel dolly with non-marking casters. An optional tank capacity sensor and three options for collecting debris are also available.
The 1050 can be used for the general cleanup of commercial properties, vacuuming hard surfaces or carpets, but is designed to collect, capture and control dust generated by hand held power tools, surface preparation equipment and manufacturing machinery. Our revolutionary design in vacuum filtration automatically flushes the filters clear while you work, using only ambient air and vacuum. This stops the filters from facing with dust or debris and clogging during operation. Maintain peak performance with NO BLOWERS, SHAKERS,COMPRESSORS or BUTTONS to push. Just turn it on and go to work, Pulse-Bac® technology does the rest.

20 Gallon Standard Tank
Pulse-Bac® 20 gal. tank is the standard option offered with Pulse-Bac® vacuum equipment. The tank can be used with any 1000 series model vacuum head and comes standard with our Cyclonic Debris Management system, a removable 5 caster powder coated steel dolly with non-marking casters, three grip handles to assist in dumping or moving the tank and a one year limited warranty. Tank is powder coated to prevent rust and made from a 16 gauge steel.
Extender 55/40
Pulse-Bac® Extender 55/40 is ideal for vacuuming up dry bulky materials and transferring them into a 55 or 40 gallon drum for containment, storage or disposal. The Extender may be used with any 1000 series vacuum head, is manufactured from 10 gauge steel, powder coated to prevent rust, available with a 2 or 3 inch inlet, (note: CFM rates will differ based on inlet size) with two easy to grip handles for moving on and off the drum, is equipped with our Cyclonic Debris Management System and comes with a one year limited warranty.
Continuous Duty Bagger
Pulse-Bac® continous Bagger allows the user to empty debris, as well as remove and replace the bag without turning off the vacuum or stopping production. This patented design allows the user to bag dust and debris in a 6 mil OSHA approved bag with an industrial zip lock seal. The bagger cart is powder coated to prevent rust, uses non-marking casters, equipped with our Cyclonic Debris Management System and comes with a one year limited warranty.
Halo Guard
Pulse-Bac® Halo Guard is an optional steel ring that goes around any 1000 series vacuum head, it is designed to help when removing the vacuum head from the tank or moving the vacuum. The Halo Guard also provides added protection to the vacuum head in case it should fall or be tipped over. The guard is powder coated to prevent rust, made from ½ inch steel rod and attaches to the vacuum in less than 5 minutes via four screws.
Tank Capacity Sensor. A Industry first from Pulse-Bac.
Pulse-Bac® Tank Capacity Sensor will let you know when the tank is full. Once filled, the sensor will flash a LED light on the control panel and sound an audible alarm to signal that the collection tank is full and needs to be emptied. If not emptied in a timely manner, the TCS system will shut of the vacuum until the tank is emptied. Once emptied the power is then restored to the vacuum.
Cyclonic Debris Management
Pulse-Bac® Cyclonic Debris Management system comes standard on all vacuum tanks, extenders and per-separators. Our exclusive CDM systems works in unison with our pulsing technology and prevents upwards of 90% of dust and debris from ever reaching the filter. The CDM system stops dust and debris from constantly cycling up to the filters and holds it at the bottom of the tank until discarded.
Patented SBP PTFE Filters
Pulse-Bac® HEPA H-13 conical shaped filters are standard on all Pulse-Bac® vacuum equipment. The HEPA H-13 filter is the first stage of filtration on Pulse-Bac HEPA Certified Units. Filters are made from a non-woven Spun Bond Polyester material with a P.T.F.E. coating, capable of capturing dust particles as small as .12 micron in size. Second stage filtration for our HEPA Certified models include a HEPA filter that is capable of capturing 99.99% of dust particles @ .3 micron in size. Filters are individually tested and certified to meet EPA, OSHA & NIOSH specifications for true HEPA filtration.
